Data Retention

As a regulated firm, we retain records for five years after a business relationship ends (or from the date of the record for non-clients), or seven years if required by the FCA. Data outside these requirements is kept only while relevant and useful, and deleted thereafter or upon request.

Legal Basis for Processing Data

We will generally confirm the specific legal basis for processing your data directly with you, in accordance with UK GDPR. As a general rule, data relating to service providers is processed on the basis of contractual obligation.
